If you are interested in owning one of our puppies from a future litter, please answer each question below. These questions are not meant to be cumbersome . . . they are the same questions I would ask you during a telephone conversation. Your answers will help us match a dog to you. We want you to be happy with your puppy, and we want our puppies to go to the right homes.

We prefer that questionnaires be submitted at the same time questions are asked. While we are always happy to answer any and all questions, it is helpful for us to know that inquirers are serious about getting a Poodle, Miniature Schanuzer or Schnoodle.
